Black Bark BBQ
The Original Slow Food
Being named the best BBQ in California by Thrillist only months after opening their doors has been a well deserved accolade for the folks behind Black Bark BBQ. Partners Chef David Lawrence and Monetta White had a well researched vision for the menu and atmosphere from the outset. We helped them bring it to fruition. A modern take on an urban BBQ joint, Black Bark feels at home in the lower Fillmore district of San Francisco – as it will in any future spot in need of delicious slow-smoked fast food.
