The Public Market
Haute Eats, Funk Couture
and plenty more ways
to feed your fancy
We gave visibility and voice to a thoughtful revamp of The Public Market in Emeryville, CA. The food-centric destination includes 20+ Market Hall food kiosks, a new community grocer and anchor retailers like Guitar Center and Urban Outfitters. City Center Realty Partners and Marketing Method asked Rubber to rebrand their vision of the new Public Market. A destination that brings the best Bay Area neighborhoods together under one roof. We started by rebranding the market and creating a teaser campaign to promote the first phase of the broader expansion, the reinvention of Market Hall.
Reintroducing Market Hall
The campaign to announce the first phase of the remodel, included a series of ads, collateral and environmental displays onsite within Market Hall. Construction signage throughout the site in all phases have adopted and enhanced the campaign. Work continues through environment, wayfinding signage, events and marketing as the new vision for the Public Market is realized.
Events
EPM hosted several events as part of their marketing and PR efforts. Welcoming the public in to see the construction progress, experience the new digs and support the current and new retailers and restaurants.
